這週Joyce學校有書展，她不僅買了兩本給自己，也幫弟弟買了一本圖畫書。我去載她回家時，她就等不及要讀這本圖畫書給我聽。主角是一隻豬和大象，Joyce扣好安全帶就開始唸了：

大象：Piggie! Is something on my head?
豬：Yes.
大象：There is a bird on your head.
豬：There is a bird on my head?
大象：Aaaaaggggghhhhhh!!!

大象：Is there a bird on my head now?
豬：No. Now there are two birds on your head.
大象：What are two birds doing on my head?
豬：They are in love.
大象：The birds on my head are in love?
豬：They are love birds!
大象：Love birds! How do you know they are love birds?

豬：They are making ...

哇，我聽到這裡整個開始頭皮發麻，這不是童書嗎？天啊，這兩隻鳥在做啥，啊，要是有不雅的字出現時我該怎麼辦...心跳變快，手心冒汗，在我能做任何反應之前，Joyce已經繼續往下唸：

豬：They are making a nest.

喔，我整個鬆了一口氣，呼。童書不會有奇怪的字眼的啦，完全是我自己想太多了，自己嚇自己。

聽Joyce唸玩，我稱讚她，這書很有趣喔，買得很好，Jacob一定會喜歡的。

呵呵，還真有趣咧。（擦冷汗...）
